The digitalization level of key areas and key links has been greatly improved, with the digital production equipment interconnection rate reaching 50%, the industrial cloud platform penetration rate reaching 55%, the ERP application penetration rate reaching 68%, and the MES application penetration rate reaching 28%.
Influenced by the new scene changes at the consumer end and technological progress, digital transformation of textile enterprises is imminent. However, from the current progress, the digitalization degree of some textile and garment enterprises is obviously insufficient, the existing data application scenarios of enterprises are blurred, the understanding of "digital-real integration" is not clear, and other problems need to be solved one by one. Yu Yuanshang said, "When we communicate with some textile enterprises, we find that they have encountered many problems in the process of digitization, such as declining resource utilization, many kinds of equipment, difficult to manage in scattered places, and slow speed of business online."
